Dan Don is the Head of Sales at Astute, responsible for day to day sales performance across the business. Stepping from his leadership of the Nuclear division, Dan now focuses on making sure current jobs and customers are front and centre, targets are met, and any blockers are removed quickly. His remit covers Power Generation, Renewables, and Nuclear, with a clear focus on delivery today.
Dan leads the sales motion across teams, driving pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, and account activity. He supports bids and frameworks, keeps pricing and terms consistent, and ensures SLAs are met. Dan coaches consultants and managers, embeds best practice, and uses data to guide decisions. He works closely with the Commercial Director and Head of Strategic Growth so near term execution aligns with longer term plans.
With deep sector knowledge and a track record of building trusted client relationships, Dan brings a practical, results first approach. He is focused on clear communication, accountability, and high quality delivery for employers and candidates across energy.
