What You’ll Be Doing:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sustainable energy sector.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use our advanced internal database and leading job boards to identify top talent.
- Client Management: Manage and grow both new and existing client accounts.
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the recruitment process, working alongside our dedicated delivery team.
- Team Mentorship: Support staff with recruitment best practise as part of your personal leadership development.
What We Look For:
- A highly motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Previous experience in recruitment, telesales, client-facing, or technical retail roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
