Richard joined Astute in 2019 as a Business Development Manager. In 2021, Richard was promoted to Recruitment Partner and then to Senior Recruitment Partner in 2023. Richard works in Astute’s Power team, recruiting permanent roles such as Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyors and Engineers for leading businesses in the EPC space.
Rich is a family man with two children that are certainly his motivation for work. He has a general interest in most sports (apart from F1) and enjoys playing football, although should have retired from playing many years ago. With a sales background, Rich lives by many mottos, however “Just keep going” is one he finds works in any situation.
