Offering a £25,500–£35,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, this role includes existing client relationships, exceptional progression opportunities, and bespoke training with our inhouse Recruitment Coach.

This position is a hybrid role based on the outskirts of Portsmouth operating the USA market with working hours as 2pm-10pm Tuesday- Thursday and normal UK hours on Monday and Friday (8.30am- 5.30pm, 3pm finish on Fridays). This role is mainly office based with one day working from home on Tuesdays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Candidate sourcing using our internal database and job boards
• Overseeing recruitment processes alongside Recruitment Consultants
• Supporting staff with recruitment best practice as part of your development
• Managing new and existing client accounts

• Previous experience working in the recruitment industry, telesales, client facing or
  technical retail roles.
• Highly motivated, target driven and can work under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills
• A good communicator with the ability to adapt.
