Astute’s Power team is partnering with a global leader in the Utilities and Waste Management industries to recruit a Site Manager on a 10 month contract for its site in Birmingham.

The Site Manager role comes with a day rate of £350-£450 a day.

Must have experience working on a Tier 1 or 2 construction project.

Key skills

Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, budget, and quality requirements.
Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site.
Coordinate and manage temporary works requirements.
Liaise with the client, consultants, and wider project team.
Manage site documentation, progress reporting, and daily records.
Ensure minimal disruption while working within a live operational environment.
