Astute’s EPC Power team is partnering with a leading EPC Contractor within the Global Power Industry to recruit a Project Planner on an initial 12 months basis for their new build CCGT plant based in Grudziadz, Poland
The Project Planner comes with a day rate from €400.00 to €450.00.

Key skills and responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Break down the project into manageable work packages and activities aligned with the CCGT project scope.
Monitor progress against the schedule, identifying and addressing potential delays.
Conduct regular updates to project timelines and milestones, incorporating changes and forecasting potential impacts.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure alignment with project schedules.
Present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigations.
Identify potential scheduling risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Conduct “what-if” analyses to assess the impact of project changes on timelines and budgets.
Proven experience in project planning within the power generation sector, specifically CCGT plants.
Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
In-depth knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) workflows in power plant projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
