Astutes Power Team are excited to exclusively with EcoPowerSoft who are at forefront of providing advanced data services for renewable power generating assets. Their expertise lies in process data collection, analytics, and remote monitoring. By creating bespoke analytics dashboards and displays, EcoPowerSoft empower their customers to optimize their plant operations, making them more efficient and sustainable.

As a Performance Engineer, you will be integral to their mission of transforming operational data into actionable insights. You will work with key clients to deliver reliable, real-time data that drives decision-making and operational efficiency. Working from home, you will be client facing providing real time technical support and guidance to ensure the plants are operating to their maximum capability.

Responsibilities and duties:
As the Performance Engineer, your typical duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining advanced analytical features tailored to client needs.
  • Creating visualization dashboards for easy interpretation of complex data.
  • Executing predictive analytics to forecast trends and identify potential issues.
  • Managing key accounts and providing detailed performance reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions exceed client expectations.
 
 
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Ideally degree qualified in a Science, Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of AVEVA PI or similar performance monitoring system would be advantageous.
  • Operate at a high level of IT proficiency with basis coding knowledge.
 
 
Personal skills
The Performance Engineer would suit someone who has:

  • Experience of data analytics
  • Experience working in the Power Generation, Oil & Gas or similar Heavy Engineering field
  • Stakeholder / Client / Customer experience
  • Ability to be self motivated
  • Ability to work from home
  • Clear communication skills
