The Senior NDT Service Engineer role comes with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, car allowance and an opportunity for growth and progression.

The Senior Service Engineer will:

• Repair a wide range of Industrial X-Ray equipment, CR and DR equipment, x-ray safety systems and film processors.
• Carry out routine maintenance in line with service contract requirements on X-ray equipment. Carry out equipment upgrades during routine maintenance or as instructed
• Work with other members of the service team to resolve customer service-related problems.
• Take ownership of site/ system issues to develop a plan to resolve with the aid of technical management
• Escalate to their Team Leader or Service Delivery Manager, in a timely manner, any serious or potentially unresolved issues which may affect safety, compliance and customer/supplier relationships.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are always adhered to, reporting any potential hazards to the senior management team.
• Build customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of installing, servicing and commissioning complex electro-mechanical systems in the field
• Qualified to HNC/HND (Level 4-5) in an electrical or electronic engineering subject or equivalent
• Skilled in electrical, electronic and electro-mech diagnostics and fault finding
• Skilled in mechanical and wiring assembly

• Good written and verbal communication skills with problem solving approach.

• Salary ranges from £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
