About the role:

Astute’s Nuclear team working with a leading company in the Nuclear sector to recruit for a Design Manager on a 2 year contract, based out of their Capenhurst site.

The Design Manager role comes with £70.00- £80.00 per hour Umbrella

Key skills:

Identification of proportionate and appropriate design solutions
Ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement in projects
Ensuring a joined up approach between engineering disciplines is achieved
Ensuring logical, achievable, integrated cross-discipline schedules are developed
Accountable for monitoring delivery of the technical aspects of projects in line with the agreed scope and schedule. Ensuring any deviance is appropriately justified, understood and managed.
Escalating issues where resource conflicts between projects exist.
