Talent Specialist

Offering a £25,000-£35,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, this Talent Specialist role includes finding and supporting candidates with roles in power generation based in the USA.

The role boasts exceptional progression opportunities, and bespoke training with our inhouse Recruitment Coach.

This position is office-based on the outskirts of Portsmouth operating the USA market with working hours as 2pm-10pm Tuesday- Thursday and normal UK hours on Monday and Friday (8.30am- 5.30pm, 3pm finish on Fridays).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Candidate sourcing using our internal database and job boards
• Overseeing recruitment processes alongside Recruitment Consultants
• Supporting staff with recruitment best practice as part of your development

What We Want from You:

• Previous experience working in the recruitment industry, telesales, client facing or technical retail roles.
• Highly motivated, target driven and can work under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills
• A good communicator with the ability to adapt.
