Astute’s EPC Power team is partnering with a leading global EPC Contractor within the Power Industry to recruit a Contracts Manager for their CCGT plant based in Grudziadz, Poland.

The Contracts Manager position comes with a day rate from €400.00 to €550.00 per day (dependent on relevant project experience)

Key skills and responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements to ensure alignment with project requirements and company standards.
Ensure contracts are compliant with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
Maintain an organized repository of all contractual documents, amendments, and correspondence.
Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure contracts are structured to minimize legal and financial exposure.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and company standards in all contractual engagements.
Liaise with legal teams to address complex contractual issues or disputes.
Manage and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and variations in collaboration with legal and operational teams.
Ensure timely and amicable resolution to maintain relationships and project timelines.

Grudziadz, Poland
€400.00 to €550.00 per day (LTD company position)
Start date – December 2024
