Commissioning Engineer

Astute’s Nuclear team is partnering with a fully integrated solution provider that delivers a wide spectrum of services across project lifecycles to the nuclear and defence sectors to recruit a Commissioning Engineer for a major nuclear client site near the Greater Reading area.
The Commissioning Engineer role comes with an hourly rate of £60-£65, dependent on experience.
Key skills required for the Commissioning Engineer role
- Must have experience in the Nuclear and/or Defence sector
- A minimum of an Apprenticeship in Engineering
- City & Guilds 2391-52 – Inspection and Testing
- City & Guilds 2382-22 – 18th Edition Wiring Regs
- CSCS Professional persons /ECS Electrical
- SMSTS (Desirable)
- First Aid at Work (3 day)
Location, day rate and timeframe of the Commissioning Engineer role
- Burghfield, Greater Reading area.
- IR35 to be determined upon assessment.
- 12 Month contract
