Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading Waste Management Company a to recruit a Commercial Manager/Estimator on a 4 month contract for its Warrington office.

The Commercial Manager/Estimator role comes with £32-£35 per hour.

Proficient in knowledge and use of SFG20
Ability to generate labour loading from asset lists, commercial modelling and engineering delivery plan
Familiarity with BIM advantageous
Commercial risk reviews and generation of risk register
Managing Annual price increase process
Preparing enquiry and subcontract documents
Subcontract negotiation
Take off and forming of bills of quantities
Analysing subcontract tenders
Change Management, ensuring that timely notices, cost assessments etc. are provided in accordance with the subcontract conditions
Quotations for additional works
Application for payment
Subcontract payments
Claims production and management
Final accounts
Project co-ordination reporting
Production and efficiency analysis
