Cladding Estimator

Astute’s Power team is partnering with Cladding company to recruit a Cladding Estimator on a long-term contract basis for its office in Stockton-on-Tess office, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in estimating, ideally within cladding, façades, or similar construction packages. This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified estimator looking to further develop their career within a specialist cladding company.

Key skills

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for cladding and façade projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess project scope and requirements
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Support tender submissions and prepare detailed pricing breakdowns
• Maintain and update estimating databases and records
