Astute’s EPC Power team is partnering with a Consultancy within the UK Power Industry to recruit a Business Development Consultant / Sales Engineer on a 12 months contract basis across the UK.

The Business Development Consultant / Sales Engineer position comes with a day rate from £400.00 to £450.00 per day.

Key skills and responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Power industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
Provide technical support and expertise during client engagements.
Develop and present tailored technical solutions to meet client needs and requirements.
Prepare detailed proposals, including cost analysis and project timelines.
Monitor project progress and address any technical or commercial issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales engineering, or a similar role within the Power industry.
Strong technical knowledge of power systems, renewable energy, or related technologies
Have a good understanding of DCS systems, and various PLC’s.

£400.00 to £450.00 per day
Start date – January 2025
