| Astute’s Power Team is partnered with a major Energy and Waste Management Company to recruit an Assistant Plant Operator for their modern Energy from Waste Power Station in Belvedere, Kent. The site currently processes up to 850,000 tonnes of waste per year, producing enough power for nearly 200,000 homes. With a new site being constructed capable of processing up to 650,000 tonnes of waste per year, this is a great opportunity to join the largest Energy from Waste plants in the Country. As an Assistant Plant Operator you'll be responsible for the safe & efficient operation of the plant, working on high pressure boilers, steam turbine generator & associated auxiliary plant. The Assistant Plant Operator role comes with salary of £43,640 – £48,489 + 12.5% Bonus + Overtime + Private medical + Benefits.
