ADT Driver

Astute’s Nuclear team is partnering with a leading Self-Drive Plant Hire and Transport Services company with a focus on economic, environment and social value to recruit an ADT driver on a 12-month contract for its Sizewell C site.

The ADT Driver role comes with an hourly rate of £22 – £25 per hour.

Key skills

* Skilled in performing tasks such as loading, hauling, and dumping materials efficiently and safely.
* Strong understanding of site health, safety, and environmental standards, particularly in high-risk environments like nuclear or large-scale construction sites.
* Experienced in the safe and efficient operation of articulated dump trucks.

Qualifications
* Valid CPCS or NPORS Card: Certification for operating articulated dump trucks.
* At least 3 years of experience working on construction sites, highways, or similar environments.
* BPSS Clearance: Ability to obtain or maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, required for nuclear site access.
