Can you tell us about ENPRO SWISS and the roles you were looking to recruit?
“ENPRO SWISS is a project management and project services company.
“We focus specifically on the energy-from-waste sector and the roles we needed to fill were Technician positions.”

“The market is extremely tight – there are almost no available candidates.
“Finding competent Technicians with experience in the industry, who don’t expect excessive salaries, and who are local or willing to travel is incredibly difficult.
“The competition for skilled labour is high, and that’s not just in our sector – it’s the same across other industries as well.”

“Yeah, exactly. The wage expectations are also a challenge. Good Technicians and professionals at all levels are scarce, and they know they’re in demand.

“Exactly.
